Orders & Shipping

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £40. For full delivery options and costs, see our Delivery & Returns page.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We’re working on expanding our reach. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

 


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Of course. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original condition. For full details, visit our Delivery & Returns page.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@ivyandwick.com with photos and your order number. We’ll sort it out quickly.

 


Our Candles

What wax do you use?

All Ivy & Wick candles are made using a natural blend of coconut and rapeseed wax. Vegan, biodegradable and clean-burning.

Are your fragrances safe?

Yes. We use high-quality fragrance oils that are IFRA-compliant and rigorously tested for safety and quality.

How long do your candles burn for?

Our 200g candles offer approximately 50 hours of burn time, when used as directed.

Are your products sustainable?

Gifting & Custom Orders

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Yes! Just add their details at checkout. You can also add a gift message and we’ll exclude pricing from the package.
